Summer Outreach provides business development opportunities for vendors in a setting where they can get personal attention in successfully marketing their products, services and supplies to Defense and Civilian procurement representatives, primes, and acquisition personnel.

There is a saying: "20% of the small businesses get 80% of the business". Why? Because they have forged a personal business relationship with the Agency. This includes knowing the key players by sight (even better if they know you by sight) as well as understanding the Agency's Mission and knowing how your goods and or services fit into their goals.
