Homeland Security continues to evolve as a national effort to coordinate and integrate critical tasks and missions, supporting organizations, and required capabilities. Such an effort is essential as the threats facing our nation continue their own evolution in nature and scale. There is urgency and importance in this effort.
Across a community of agencies, governments, and key actors, a common understanding is essential, strong teamwork is key, and effective cooperation is vital. The measure of success remains our collective ability to protect the nation.
To examine where this effort stands and how we progress toward success, AFCEA International will host the 2015 Homeland Security Conference in Washington, D. C. March 10 – 12, 2015 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. With a new format, enhanced opportunities for networking between business and government, and a superb program of keynote speakers and panelist, AFCEA International is excited to host this conversation at a critical time for our nation.
