Provide supplies, services, and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter. Manage supply chains that provide material for Navy aircraft, surface ships, submarines, and their associated weapons systems. Provide centralized inventory management for Navy's non-nuclear ordnance stockpile. Provide a wide range of base operating and waterfront logistics support services, coordinating material deliveries, contracting for supplies and services, and providing material management and warehousing services.

With headquarters in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and employing a diverse, worldwide workforce of more than 22,500 military and civilian personnel, NAVSUP and Navy Supply Corps team share one mission – to provide supplies, services, and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter. The NAVSUP/Navy Supply Corps team oversees a diverse portfolio including supply chain management for material support to the Navy, Marine Corps, Joint and coalition partners, supply operations, conventional ordnance, contracting, resale, fuel, transportation, security assistance, and quality of life issues for our naval forces, including food service, postal services, Navy Exchanges, and movement of household goods.
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Offices of Small Business Programs (OSBP) are led by the small business professionals who are committed to maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses which contributes to the Secretary of the Navy goals. NAVSUP small business professionals identify and assist small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission and the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow. NAVSUP provides logistics support for Navy and Marine Corps operations worldwide. In support of that effort, contracts are awarded by activities covering supplies and services from a broad range of industries. NAVSUP maintains a decentralized acquisition structure. All contracts for supplies and services are awarded at our field activities.
NAVSUP's Offices of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is committed to advocating and maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses. The OSBPs support the goals of the Secretary of the Navy by identifying and assisting small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission as well as the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow.
