Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR)
Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR) advises the Chief of Naval Operations on the effectiveness and suitability of systems under test and how those systems impact the joint warfighting effects required by Sailors, Marines, Airmen and Soldiers.
International Program Office (IPO)
International Program Office (IPO) manages and implements International Security Assistance programs, Cooperative Development programs, and Technology Security policy and supports Regional Combatant Commanders' and Navy leadership's efforts in building vigorous relationships with maritime security partners around the world and supports the defense requirements.
Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM)
Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) as part of the Marine Corps team, our "Civilian Marines" works to provide world-class support in all areas of Marine life and serve as the Commandant's principal agent for equipping the Operating Forces to accomplish their warfighting mission.
Military Sealift Command (MSC)
Military Sealift Command (MSC) provides ocean transportation of equipment, fuel, supplies and ammunition to sustain U.S. forces worldwide during peacetime and in war for as long as operational requirements dictate.
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) provides full life-cycle support of naval aviation aircraft, weapons and systems operated by Sailors and Marines. This support includes research, design, development and systems engineering; acquisition; test and evaluation; training facilities and equipment; repair and modification; and in-service engineering and logistics support.
Naval Center for Cost Analysis (NCCA)
Naval Center for Cost Analysis (NCCA) advises the Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations and the Marine Corps on cost and economic issues, leads the Department of the Navy cost community in issues of cost policy and policy implementation, develops independent cost estimates and assessments for Acquisition Category 1 and 1A programs, prepares Service Cost Positions to inform the Milestone Decision Authority, conducts economic analysis and special studies to support relevant defense issues and manages the Department's implementation of the DoD Visibility and Management Operating and Support Costs (VAMOSC) Program.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) delivers and maintains quality, sustainable facilities, acquires and manages capabilities for the Navy's expeditionary combat forces, provides contingency engineering response, and enables energy security and environmental stewardship.
Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO)
Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) provides oceanographic products and services to all elements of the Department of Defense (DoD) and provides the warfighter the best available knowledge of the maritime battlespace through tailored oceanographic, hydrographic, bathymetric, geophysical and acoustic products and services that aid in the safe navigation and effective mission planning.
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) 
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) engineers, builds, buys and  maintains ships, submarines and combat systems that meet the Fleet's current and future operational requirements.  NAVSEA has the further responsibility of establishing and enforcing technical authority in combat system design and operation. These technical standards use the organization's technical expertise to ensure systems are engineered effectively, and that they operate safely and reliably.
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) includes Naval Engineering Logistics Office (NELO).  Delivers global logistics capabilities to the Navy and Joint Warfighter, manages the Navy's supply system and provides material support for Navy surface ships, submarines, aircraft and expeditionary forces.
Office of Naval Research (ONR)
Office of Naval Research (ONR) sponsors scientific research efforts that will enable the future operational concepts of the Navy and the Marine Corps.  Plan, fosters and encourages scientific research in recognition of its paramount importance as related to the maintenance of future naval power, and the preservation of national security; and to manage the Navy’s basic, applied and advanced research to foster transition from science and technology to higher levels of research, development, test and evaluation.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) delivers higher-end Navy information technology products and services to the fleet and other Defense Department stakeholders, is the Navy's Information Dominance Systems Command and designs develops and deploys advanced communications and information capabilities.
Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)
Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) provides credible and affordable solutions to the warfighter by delivering high performance and responsive products to the warfighter and sustaining the Government/contractor strategic alliance.
