Follow the steps below to submit an eDACM 'Request for Access' form
  1. Access the eDACM website by first navigating to the following URL: https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/navyedacm/Public/DODConsentForm.htm.
  2. Click the 'I Agree' button on the DOD Privacy and Security Notice Screen to Continue.
  3. Click the 'Log In With CAC' button. If the user is not found in the system a screen will display stating:

To access eDACM, please submit a Request for Access.
  4. Click the 'Request for Access' link to open the web based access request form.
  5. Fill out all of the required information on the form, including a justification for requesting access.

Example: An E-7 GYSGT would select the letter 'E' for Pay Plan and the number '07' for Grade. An O-3 LT would select the letter 'O' for Pay Plan and the number '03' for Grade, etc.
  6. Click the 'Submit Request For Access' button at the bottom of the screen when complete.
  7. If the form submits successfully, you will receive a system generated email notification indicating that the form has been submitted. After processing the form, you will again be notified via system generated email as to the status of your request, ie. Approved or denied.
  8. Upon receiving the notification email that your request has been approved, you will be able to log in to eDACM and complete your profile information.

Note: All required fields on your profile must be complete in order to proceed to any other areas within the eDACM system. If you are unable to locate your Supervisor in the system, then your supervisor does not have a profile established in eDACM. He/She will need to submit a request for access.
