1) Access the following URL
for the main ATRRS website.
2) Locate the ‘Support’ menu heading towards the upper right corner of the screen an hover over it to reveal the ‘Support’ menu.
3) When the ‘Support’ menu appears drop down to and select the ‘CAC Card Testing’ option.
4) Select your non-email certificate when the ‘Choose a digital certificate’ dialog box appears and then click ‘OK’.
5) When the system finishes processing your request, you should see a screen that states:
Congratulations, your CaC has been validated.
6) If you do not receive the message above this indicates a problem
with your CAC and you will need to contact the proper individuals to
obtain a new CAC or update your existing CAC.
