Approval and Implementation of the Contractor Business Data Report (CBDR) Jul 9, 09
OSD Memo dated July 9, 2009 announcing the approval and implementation of the new Contractor Business Data Report (CBDR), which will facilitate and enhance the DoD's capabilities to perform indirect cost analyses on ACAT 1 programs and contracts. Effective immediately, this is an annual requirement for all contractor and subcontractor business units with active requirements for Contractor Cost Data Reporting (CCDR). DCARC and DCMA are working to modify existing contracts within two months. Initial reporting will be required within 60 days of contract modification with the effective date of the end of the contractor's 2008 fiscal year. New reports will be required within 60 days following the end of each fiscal year.
