  • Department of Defense Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP): CAP provides assistive technology and services to people with disabilities, Federal managers, supervisors, and IT professionals. CAP increases access to information and works to remove barriers to employment opportunities by eliminating the costs of assistive technology and accommodation solutions.
  • Job Accommodation Network: A service of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy, the Job Accommodation Network is designed to increase the employability of people with disabilities by:
    • Providing individualized worksite accommodations solutions
    • Providing technical assistance regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and other disability-related legislation
    • Educating individuals about self-employment options
  • My Next Move: A service of the National Center for 0*NET Development, under the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Labor/Employment and Training Administration (USDOL/ETA) to help veterans
  • Blinded Veterans Association: An organization of blinded veterans helping blinded veterans.
  • Disability: Provides access to information and resources for people with disabilities, their families, employers, service providers, and other community members.
  • National Amputation Foundation: Programs and services to help amputees, including peer counseling and support, medical equipment, information on recreational activities, and referrals.
