About NAVSUP

With headquarters in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and employing a diverse, worldwide workforce of more than 22,500 military and civilian personnel, NAVSUP and Navy Supply Corps team share one mission – to provide supplies, services, and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter.

The NAVSUP/Navy Supply Corps team oversees a diverse portfolio including supply chain management for material support to the Navy, Marine Corps, Joint and coalition partners, supply operations, conventional ordnance, contracting, resale, fuel, transportation, security assistance, and quality of life issues for our naval forces, including food service, postal services, Navy Exchanges, and movement of household goods.

Office of Small Business Programs

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Offices of Small Business Programs (OSBP) are led by the small business professionals who are committed to maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses which contributes to the Secretary of the Navy goals. NAVSUP small business professionals identify and assist small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission and the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow.

NAVSUP provides logistics support for Navy and Marine Corps operations worldwide. In support of that effort, contracts are awarded by activities covering supplies and services from a broad range of industries. NAVSUP maintains a decentralized acquisition structure. All contracts for supplies and services are awarded at our field activities.

Mission

NAVSUP's Offices of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is committed to advocating and maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses.

The OSBPs support the goals of the Secretary of the Navy by identifying and assisting small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission as well as the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow.
