CFMs and Supervisors

As a CFM and/or supervisor, you are the most important part of a collaborative effort with the Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) towards employee development and success. Your responsibilities with the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) employees span the full life cycle from the time a new employee comes onboard until they are permanently placed in your Homeport Command. Throughout this time, it is essential to ensure you are guiding them towards fulfilling their Individual Development Plan (IDP) and career field certification.

Please review the guidance provided to NADP employees during their first weeks onboard:

The first step as a CFM and/or supervisor is to complete the online, self-paced, web-based training (WBT). This required training highlights the NADP and details your roles and responsibilities. The instructions to access this training in the Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) is below. Additional links for training and resources for CFMs and supervisors are also available.
