The Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) provides employees access to trainings and to view information such as Notifications of Personnel Action (SF50s).  There is approximately a two week delay in current information since TWMS is updated by a data push from the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) . For the most current SF50s, go to DCPDS. 

The Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) has created the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) Employee Orientation Training which is available through TWMS and will be populated to newly hired employees on their TWMS profile by the Assistant Career Manager (ACM).

This training is a requirement of the Master Development Plan (MDP) for employees hired starting in July 2012.  The training will take up to three hours to complete.  However, the ability to start and stop the training one module at a time is available with the system saving the last completed module.  As such, you should wait until you have completed a module before stopping the training.

To complete the training, log onto TWMS, use the Navigation Bar on the left side, select "Online Training & Notices", select “Available Training” near the top part of the next screen, search the alphabetically listed trainings for "NADP Employee Orientation Training (CEU: 1)", select the course and you will be directed to the training.   See the  Instructions to Access NADP Employee Orientation Training  for further guidance.

To access your information and training in TWMS:

1.  Go to TWMS Self-Service/myTWMS.

2.  First time users may need to perform a Check-In by clicking the "Check-In" option in the left-hand menu.


3.  Verify or correct your report date, select your supervisor and verify or correct your base information.
