  • Rates are for new hires starting 1 January 2017.
  • Qualifications above are in addition to any Individual Occupational Requirements as listed in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Handbook .
  • Grade level determination is based upon the certificate of eligibles an applicant is chosen from.
  • Total salary is a combination of Base Salary (GS grade/step) listed above and Local Market Supplements (LMS) which range from 15.06% to 38.17%.  Some job series have a Special Salary Rate Table which lists total salary as a whole (no LMS).  To view salary tables, visit the  OPM pay and leave website.
  • Individuals hired und the NADP-WW program are eligible for a recruiting incentive up to $5,000.
