Effective immediately, this class deviation supersedes Class Deviation 2014-O0018, dated June 27, 2014. Contracting officers issuing contracts that require performance in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility shall use the following clause in lieu of DFARS 252.225.7040, as prescribed in the attachment: 252.225-7995, Contractor Personnel Performing in the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility (Deviation 2015-O0009)(JAN 2015). This class deviation remains in effect until incorporated in the DFARS or otherwise rescinded. Further details are provided within the memorandum.
