Wide Area Work Flow e-Business Suite Overview

With the 5.6 release, the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) name was changed to Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT). In addition, the Wide Area Workflow e-Business Suite application was developed as the new home page with a portal appearance to handle all registration for the different applications in a seamless process. The WAWF e-Business Suite includes the following applications:

  • Invoice Receipt and Property Transfer (iRAPT) – formerly WAWF allows vendors and government users to submit payment requests, receiving reports (DD250s), and property transfers electronically.
  • Electronic Data Access (EDA) - DoD EDA is a an electronic file cabinet for the storage and retrieval of documents used by multiple DoD activities.
  • myInvoice is an interactive web application developed to obtain invoice status from the entitlement system.
  • Item Unique Identification (IUID) - Item Unique Identification is a permanent marking system used to give items or equipment a globally unique ID.
  • Contracting Officer Representative Tracking (CORT) Tool - Is a web-based application designed to assist in the review and approval of prospective CORs as well as to track COR and COR-related actions within the Navy and DoD.
  • Electronic Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (eMIPR) - Facilitates electronic routing and storage of MIPRS.
  • Management Reporting System (MRS) is the Wide Area Work Flow e-Business Suite's reporting tool.
  • Contract Closeout (CCO) - Automated contract closeout allows a system to initiate and execute the closeout action.
  • NISP Contract Classification System (NCCS) provides a mechanism for creating and routing a DD 254 electronic equivalent form to and from the respective security offices/organizations of both the government and the prospective vendor.
  • Contract Deficiency Reporting (CDR) is used to report and resolve indentified contract deficiencies.
  • Contracting Communication Module (CCM) provides a secure repository for attachments and two-way communications.
  • Data Lake is the next generation reporting solution.
