  • 04 CDRL CFSR DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, a Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR). This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81468 and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL.
  • 02 CDRL CPR DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, a Contract Performance Report (CPR). This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81466A and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL.  Prior 2005 policy, obsolete as of 1 July 2012.
  • CDRL CWBS DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS). This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81334B and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL.
  • 03 CDRL IMS DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, a Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81650 and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL.  Prior 2005 policy, obsolete as of 1 July 2012.
  • Sample Navy CDRL IPMR DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, an Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) . This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management DID and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL. Note it does not include the XML submission signature and zipping requirements that will be posted directly on the EVM Central Repository web site. Also note this CDRL replaces the prior CPR and IMS CDRLs that were consistent with the related DIDs DI-MGMT-81466A and DI-MGMT-81650 as of 1 Jul 2012.
  • CDRL IPMR Format 6 (IMS) Unique DoD Form 1423.1 - CDRL IPMR Format 6 (IMS) Unique DoD Form 1423.1 - The CDRL is the contract vehicle requiring the Contractor to provide the Government a product deliverable, in this example, an Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6 (IMS). This CDRL is completed in accordance with Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management DID and provides additional/clarifying information and information on tailoring of documents in Block 16 of the CDRL.
