The Naval Center for Earned Value Management (CEVM) created the Department of Navy (DON) Earned Value Management (EVM) Quarterly Newsletter, "The Baseline", in order to raise EVM awareness throughout the DON, with the ultimate goal of better informing our stakeholders. Each issue of The Baseline will highlight EVM efforts across DON Systems Commands (SYSCOMs), EVM training opportunities, relevant acquisition policy & guidance, career development, and upcoming EVM events.

DASN Management & Budget created Competency Frameworks and Career Roadmaps for the DoN’s Business-Financial Management acquisition workforce. One framework is targeted toward Program/Budget Analysts and the other toward Earned Value Management Analysts. Employees can select the framework tailored to their current role and career plans.

The Integrated Program Management Report Data Item Description (IPMR DID) was approved 19 June and effective as applicable as of 1 July 2012. CEVM in coordination with the Navy EVM Support Group has developed related Contract Data Report List (CDRL) templates and has DID training. For a webinar or to arrange the training or Q&A please contact the CEVM. The following links will take you to the specific IPMR DID related content.
