Submitting Additional Documents To NDRB
Once your application is accepted and you are issued a Docket No, you may submit additional documents to the board for a review at anytime before the decision is made.
1. Please ensure to submit only A COPY of the document(s). Original document will not be accepted.
2. Do not submit more than 1 copy.
3. You must enclose a cover letter with your name and Docket No or a full SSN.
4. Do not attach a new DD Form 293 when submitting your supporting document. (DD Form 293 is an application for a discharge review. If you application is accepted, do not submit a new DD Form 293 again.)
5. Supporting documents can be mail, email, or fax to our office.
