NOTE: The city is building a new high school and middle school near the entrance of the National Conference Center (NCC), so please don't let the construction zone fool you. Just keep following your GPS or attached driving directions. Driving Directions

PARKING at NCC: Park in the NEW parking garage adjacent to the front desk (see parking garage photo).

CHECK IN: Enter the NCC adjacent from the parking garage marked front desk (see front desk photo).

QUESTIONS upon arrival: On Monday 4/13/2015 we will have personnel from our staff located adjacent to check in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. They will be onsite to answer any questions you may have regarding the agenda, directions to your room, dining facility, and conference area.

TRANSPORTATION: The attached DON/AA Conference Approval Letter only authorizes 40 rental cars therefore the majority of you should be booking shuttle reservations using the following link: http://www.conferencecenter.com/Transportation (Conference Approval Letter)

NOTE: Transportation to and from the NCC is run by an outside vendor, so please make your reservations soonest to ensure you have transportation. The cost is $25.00 each way.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made after today 4/7/2015 will incur a $157 fee. Please ensure you cancel your reservation using the link NCC sent confirming your registration. DUSN (P) Security personnel cannot cancel your reservation. If you are unable to find the link to cancel your reservation, please contact the NCC at 703-729-8000 and ask for reservations to complete cancellation.

FACILITIES FEE: The $35.00 facilities fee should be paid to the NCC using the attached Individual Credit Card Form. See email/fax information at the bottom of the form to submit payment. (The Facilities Fee Form)

ATTIRE: All attendees may be dressed in business casual. Examples include the following: Dress shirt with or without tie and slacks, khakis and a collared shirt. Military service members may wear the uniform of the day (utilities are not authorized) or dress business casual.
*business casual attire does NOT include jeans.
