CDSE Releases a New Course - "Windows Server 2003 Incident Preparation & Response (IP&R)"
The Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) is now hosting DISA course, DS-IA300.06, "Windows Server 2003 Incident Preparation & Response (IP&R)."  This five hour course focuses on topics on security policy, archiving, logs, host- and network-based intrusion detection.  A module on response presents information about preparation, reaction, notification, recovery options, and working with law enforcement.  The target audience for the course is Department of Defense, military, and other U.S. Government personnel and contractors within the National Industrial Security Program with assessment, auditing, and incident response responsibilities.  Learn more about the course and register at http://www.cdse.edu/catalog/elearning/DS-IA300.html.  Send any questions to Cybersecurity.Training@dss.mil.
