» EBIS Login
(PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an Access Denied message when you try to access the EBIS website, please try using your "DoD CAC Cert" instead of your "EMAIL CAC Cert". This usually resolves the issue.)
The Employment Benefits Information System (EBIS) is an automated, secure, self-service Web application that allows employees to make health insurance, life insurance, and Thrift Savings Plan contribution elections, review general and personal benefits information, and calculates retirement estimates. In 2012 to protect personally identifiable information, employees can only access EBIS from a .mil, .edu or .gov environment and using their DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
Problems with accessing EBIS can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
