Due to system maintenance and upgrade from 26 - 30 May 2016, transactions made on or after 26 May 2016 (for example: FEHB, TSP, FEGLI and TSP Catch-Up Contribution elections) will remain in a projected status in EBIS and will not be reflected in the eOPF until the processing is complete. During this time, our "refresh" process will be turned off. If you need assistance, please call The Benefits Line.

(PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an Access Denied message when you try to access the EBIS website, please try using your "DoD CAC Cert" instead of your "EMAIL CAC Cert". This usually resolves the issue.)
The Employment Benefits Information System (EBIS) is an automated, secure, self-service Web application that allows employees to make health insurance, life insurance, and Thrift Savings Plan contribution elections, review general and personal benefits information, and calculates retirement estimates. In 2012 to protect personally identifiable information, employees can only access EBIS from a .mil, .edu or .gov environment and using their DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
Problems with accessing EBIS can be sent to email@example.com
