Primary Job Resposibilities

The NAVSUP Office of Counsel has a varied and complex workload covering the full spectrum of OGC practice areas including federal acquisition law, civilian personnel law, equal employment opportunity, labor management relations, arbitration, litigation, and client counseling as well as ethics, privacy, Freedom of Information and fiscal law. The successful candidate for this Associate Counsel supervisory position will be expected to support all of these areas with an emphasis in the areas of federal acquisition law, ethics, litigation, FOIA and privacy law.
